Programs & Events

Arts & Cultural Center

Lessons are designed to give students an opportunity to develop, explore and enhance their visual art skills. Each class seeks to foster an appreciation for one’s own creative process while promoting a deeper understanding and knowledge of art literacy.

PLEASE NOTE- registration is limited. Please register below. To allow as many children as possible to participate, the Fine Art Class will accept students in the sequence their registrations are submitted.

A diagnosis of Alzheimer's or another dementia is life-changing, and thinking about the future may cause fear and uncertainty, however, through our awareness session about financial planning for the future, caregivers and persons living with Alzheimer's and other dementia can start planning for their needs. Participants in this session will learn about care considerations, financial planning, legal considerations, and end-of-life decisions. Presented in partnership with the Greater NJ Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.

Chess club is open to anyone between 5 and 17 who wishes to practice their skills against other students. A chess teacher will be available. All levels are welcome. Meetings are now at the Bucky James Center which is located at 231 Wilbur Ray Ave.
