This pricing model, lack of popularity, and cost make Hoopla impractical, prompting us to focus on more popular digital content like Libby (eBooks, eAudio), PressReader (Newspapers & Magazines), and Kanopy (Movies & TV). These services allow us to control spending while still providing the digital materials our patrons want. By discontinuing Hoopla, we can allocate our budget to better serve our patrons.
