Join us on Saturday, January 14th at the Main Library to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Beginning at 2:00 pm, we will be hosting a viewing of “In Remembrance of Martin,” the 1986 documentary that features first-hand accounts of Dr. King’s life from his contemporaries. Hear how Dr. King impacted the activists of his day as well as future generations from the Reverend Jesse Jackson, Jimmy Carter, the late John Lewis and others.
Spend time with your fellow Edison residents and reflect on the life of this great man and the work he did to further race relations and promote equal rights
