Back in December, we launched a new digital service called Creativebug that allows our patrons to learn different types of arts and crafts through video classes and workshops. However, not everyone has had an easy time getting started with the service, so this special Makerspace program will teach you how to use Creativebug.

On Tuesday, January 24 at the North Edison Branch, we will show patrons how to navigate Creativebug to create an account using their library card. Once that’s completed, you’ll have access to the 1,000+ video tutorials the service offers on topics ranging from painting, knitting, paper crafts, and baking. 

If you’re looking for a new creative outlet and want help getting started, register quickly to reserve your spot.

Makerspace: How to Use Creativebug

Creativebug offers online video arts and crafts workshops and techniques on how to paint, knit, crochet, sew, screen print, and more with 1,000+ video classes. We will navigate how to sign up with your library card. Learn how to access the new library database, Creativebug. Teach yourself a new creative skill from the comfort of home.

Masks will continue to be a welcome option for anyone who wants 
to wear them.
