February is finally here, and with that comes Black History Month. All month long we’re celebrating the venerated lives of notable Black Americans who helped to shape our society.
Some of what we have in store includes a program titled “Jazz and the African American Experience” as well as a few youth programs to celebrate accomplished Black women.
On top of that, the Edison Public Library is hosting a couple programs for job seekers to improve their cover-writing and interviewing skills.
Are you a budding entrepreneur? Then our program titled “Thinking of Starting a Business?” is perfect for you. And at the end of this month we’re offering “Native Plant Gardening” in the North Edison Branch for all of you home horticulturists.
Of course, we also have the full slate of Makerspace workshops, book clubs, and programs for the young ones.
You can see a full list of all of February’s events here, and don’t forget to register on the Events page of our website.
