In case you missed it, you’ll soon be seeing a Bookmobile around Edison Township.
Beginning May 1, the Edison Public Library Bookmobile will begin making regular stops around town for patrons to borrow and return books.
“But where?” you may be asking. That’s where you come in!
As we work out the logistics of the route, we want input from Edison residents. If there’s an area near you that you think would make for a convenient Bookmobile stop, you can nominate it with this Google Form. We can't guarantee that all areas that request service will be honored, but this will help us to identify locations around the township of Edison that are lacking representation.
When nominating, keep in mind that the Bookmobile is as large as a full-sized school bus, so we’ll need a safe place to park as well as a safe place for people to get on and off.
And keep your eyes peeled during the week of April 23-29—National Library Week—as you may see the Bookmobile driving around town. And during that week, feel free to stop into any Edison Public Library branch to say hi to your friendly librarians!
