The Summer Slump is, unfortunately, a very real phenomenon that marks a teenager's downturn in academic performance at the beginning of each school year. However, the Summer Slump can be negated by keeping kids mentally active and engaged.
That’s where our latest program for teens—Science Lab: Pushing Limits—comes into play.
Presented by TaleWise, Science Lab: Pushing Limits is a hands-on workshop that uses tools and props to teach teenagers the basics of science. Through the use of confetti cannons, bike pumps, candy, and more, teens will get the chance to solve exciting STEM challenges through experimentation and testing their own ideas.
Science Lab: Pushing Limits will be hosted at both the Main Library and the North Edison Branch, but seating is limited, so reserve a spot for your teen quickly.
