Nestled on the edge of Fords, the Clara Barton section of Edison offers that homey, small neighborhood feel that its residents just adore. And now you can learn the history of how the area came to be through a special program at the Edison Public Library!
On Saturday, July 15, the Metuchen-Edison Historical Society will be at the Clara Barton Branch to talk about the history of Edison’s Clara Barton neighborhood. The program will consist of a 30-minute interactive presentation and a variety of photographs, maps, and memorabilia of the area for attendees to peruse.
Members of the Historical Society will also be on hand to share stories and answer questions.
If you’d like to be a part of this fun and educational program, you can register on our website to save yourself a seat. We’d love to see you there!
