Edison Public Library: Come see the Bookmobile at Edison Township’s National Night Out!

On Tuesday, August 1st, Edison Township will be hosting its annual National Night Out celebration in Papaianni Park, and not only will the Edison Public Library be there, but we’re bringing the Bookmobile with us!

The event begins at 6:00pm, and during that time, you’ll be able to tour the Bookmobile, borrow books and movies, and even play games to win some fun stuff.

Unfortunately, to make this happen, we’ll have to rework the Bookmobile schedule for that day. The stop at Residence at Roosevelt Park will be moved up to 2:15, and we’ll need to cancel the Winter Street Park and the Oak Tree Village stops for that day.

But don’t worry! Everything will be back to normal for the following cycle.

We’re excited to be a part of National Night Out, and we hope you come out and support us at the Bookmobile!

The Friends of the Edison Public Library will be meeting at the Clara Barton Branch on Wednesday, August 9 at 7:00pm to discuss organizational topics and decide on committee chairs. All are welcomed and encouraged to join.
