GOPIO of Edison will be visiting the North Edison Branch on Saturday, September 9, to discuss some hot topics and changes in U.S. Immigration Law.

Accompanied by Suneeta T. Dewan, Esq., Hafiz Uddin, Esq., and Maryana Shapka, JD from Dewan & Associates, GOPIO wants to ensure Edison residents are up to date in regard to tricky laws concerning U.S. immigration. A few of the topics on the agenda include: retrogression, H-1B Cap Lottery, H-1B alternatives, investment-based Green Cards, Direct vs. Regional Centers, rural and set-aside areas, EB-5, and family-based immigration options.

There will also be time for questions if residents have issues not addressed by the panel.

This program is hosted by GOPIO of Edison, so registration will be done through them. However, you can reserve your seat below.
