Hispanic Heritage Month begins tomorrow, and the Edison Public Library is celebrating our hispanic patrons and residents with a series of programs highlighting their culture and heritage.
On Monday, September 18, chefs from Lola Latin Bistro will be bringing their culinary skills to the Main Library for a cooking demonstration and tasting of several of their signature items.
Situated in downtown Metuchen, Lola Latin Bistro uses authentic and fresh ingredients indigenous to Latin cooking — specifically dishes from Mexico and Central and South America. Combined with an innovative and American contemporary take on traditional dishes, Lola delivers on some of the most unique and diverse flavors available in central New Jersey.
Seating for this program is limited, so if you want to experience the grand cuisine from these prestigious chefs, reserve your spot quickly.
