Timothy Hack, the Chair of History and Social Sciences at Middlesex College, will be returning to the Edison Public Library to discuss aspects of the Black experience in the U.S. during the 19th and 20th centuries.
Dr. Hack led a program titled Secret History of Slavery in New Jersey for us back in June, and we’re excited to have him back. His insight into the Black experience during the previous two centuries is sure to be educational and eye-opening.
The U.S. Black Experience in the 19th & 20th Centuries is presented as part of our Winter Reading Program, Where We Come From.
Space for this program is limited so be sure to register to save yourself a seat.
