On Tuesday, January 30, Robert H. Lustig, M.D., M.S.L. will be live on Zoom discussing his newest book, Metabolical: The Lure and the Lies of Processed Food, Nutrition, and Modern Medicine. The book weaves the interconnected strands of nutrition, health/disease, medicine, environment, and society into a completely new fabric by proving on a scientific basis a series of iconoclastic revelations.

Particpant questions will also be posed to Dr. Lustig, time permitting, so if you have a question you’d like him to answer, you can share it on the registration page linked below.
