Valentine’s Day is around the corner, and generally the holiday highlights love and affection for those around you, but it often overlooks one very important type of love—self love.
On Thursday, February 8, join us as we present Bruce Faithwick for Connecting to the Love Within Through Meditation. This virtual session will teach participants to use the practice of meditation to incorporate more love and peace in their lives. Bruce will offer tips on how to let go of anger, fear, and worry to create more harmonious relationships while experiencing a deeper sense of personal peace and love. This workshop will also include a short meditation session.
As this program will be held over Zoom, you’ll want to find a place in your home that’s quiet and comfortable. It’s best to avoid distractions during the meditation session.
