March is National Nutrition Month, which is a great time to be mindful of your eating habits and learn to eat cleaner and healthier. To help further this goal, we’re bringing in Patricia Kolesa, a registered dietitian and nutrition expert to host two programs on Nutrition Improvement.

This year’s theme is Beyond the Table and it seeks to bring awareness to the way food is harvested and produced, shipped, stored, and all other aspects of the farm-to-fork aspect of nutrition.

In Beyond the Table with a Registered Dietitian, Patricia will discuss the importance of good nutrition and provide tips on how to maintain clean and healthy eating habits. Her presentation will cover healthy eating on a budget, food safety and storage, creating a diet consisting of a variety of food, and how to eat for the environment.

These programs are open to adult patrons. You do not need to be a resident of Edison—all are welcome. But space is limited, so register soon to reserve your spot.
