Learn how to make delicious homemade flour tortillas, melt-in-your-mouth cheese quesadillas, and vibrant pico de gallo salsa during LibraryChef’s live online class on Wednesday, May 1.

LibraryChef, a free program for Edison Public Library patrons, offers you the chance to enhance your kitchen skills through expert-led interactive classes, all from the comfort of your home. Join to cook along or simply watch and savor the rich flavors of Mexican cuisine from your kitchen.

A free LibraryChef account is required to register for this program; visit https://app.librarychef.com, select ‘Create Your Account,’ and follow the prompts to choose the ‘Edison Public Library’ to create an account with a valid email address and the Library's zip code (08817). You will receive a confirmation email with an activation code that, once entered on the LibraryChef website, will enable you to secure your spot for the 7:00pm class.

Niche Academy

Niche Academy provides interactive multimedia tutorials on a variety of topics, such as learning commonly used programs like Windows and Gmail or understanding popular social media applications like Instagram and Snapchat. Niche Academy also has tutorials for other services and databases offered by the Edison Public Library.

The Friends of the Edison Public Library is looking to expand its membership. As a member of the Friends of the Edison Public Library, you can:

Volunteer for fundraising activities
Advocate for the library and its services
Just show your support for the library through your membership or donation
