Have you recently signed up for GetCoveredNJ or NJ FamilyCare and need some help figuring it out? Representatives from the Center For Family Services’ Navigator Exchange Program will be on-hand at the Main Library on Thursday, May 16 and the Clara Barton Branch on Tuesday, May 21 to host a friendly talk about the basics of using your health insurance.

Topics such as what is deductible, how to find a doctor, the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2 and in-network and out-of-network providers, and more will be discussed during this interactive session with the goal of providing simple and clear answers to help you feel more comfortable using your insurance and making well-informed medical choices for yourself and others.

Navigator Exchange is a free program funded by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance that is not affiliated with any insurance company. For more information, contact the Center For Family Service Navigator Hotline at 1-877-962-8448; email CFSAssisterRequest@centerffs.org; or visit https://www.centerffs.org/navigator.
