Join Library Chef on Tuesday, June 11 for a virtual workshop focused on meal prepping techniques and recipes tailored to busy individuals and/or families. During this hour-long program, which begins at 5:00pm, participants will be provided information on how to effectively plan, prep, and store meals for the week ahead with an emphasis on balanced nutrition and convenience.

Library Chef, through a partnership with the Edison Public Library, offers patrons the opportunity to enhance their cooking skills with expert-led interactive classes, all from the comfort of their homes.

A free Library Chef account is required to register for this program. Prior to the session, visit https://app.librarychef.com, select ‘Create Your Account,’ and follow the prompts to choose the ‘Edison Public Library’ to create an account with a valid email address and the Library's zip code (08817). You will receive a confirmation email with an activation code that, once entered on the Library Chef website, will enable you to secure your spot for the 5:00pm class.
