Calling all Pokémon trainers!

We’re looking for tough trainers to participate in our Pokémon Club: PokéManiacs! If this is you, head to the North Edison Branch on Thursday, August 8 at 6:00pm and the Main Library on Friday, August 23 at 2:00pm to meet other Pokémon trainers to celebrate all things Pokémon! We’ll have creative activities like Pokémon-themed crafts, coloring sessions, and other fun activities. Or, if you want to brush up on your battling skills, you can challenge other trainers to TCG matches. Not too sure of your deck-building abilities? We'll have resources for beginners and experienced players alike.

Then on Wednesday, August 28 at the Main Library, Team Rocket will unleash all of their pilfered Pokémon into the Library! Grab your Pokéballs and put a stop to that dastardly duo and their mischievous Meowth in a series of mini-games. Once Team Rocket has blasted off again, you can help us catch all those loose Pokemon hanging around the Library!

Registration for these events is not required, however, attendance will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early if you truly want to be the very best.
