Library Chef's very own Chef Teey will ‘stir up’ some hearty stew during a live cooking demo taking place at the Clara Barton Branch. 
 
Join us as we welcome Library Chef’s very own Chef Teey on Tuesday, August 13 at 6:30pm and learn how to make - as well as sample - Ratatouille, a hearty summer vegetable stew. Attendees will also receive a recipe to make the dish at home. 
 
Library Chef, through a partnership with the Edison Public Library, offers patrons the opportunity to enhance their cooking skills with expert-led interactive virtual classes and live, in-person demonstrations. Registration is open to adults and space is limited.

Library Chef's Chef Teey will demonstrate how to make Ratatouille - a hearty summer vegetable stew. Attendees will sample the dish and will go home with the recipe and the confidence to make this at home.
