The Main Library will be closed beginning Monday, August 19 for approximately 2 weeks. During this time, all holds can be picked up from the Clara Barton Branch.

Join Nirav Sheth, leadership coach, life coach, and business growth consultant, on Thursday, August 22 for a virtual workshop focused on The Power of Kindness, Resilience, & Hope that will also include a short meditation sitting.

During this program, Sheth will discuss how some of the best qualities already within us–our strengths of gratitude, kindness, and hope–help us to be more resilient and enable those who face adversities in life to come back stronger when they do not let difficulties, traumatic events, or failure overcome them and drain their resolve.

Sheth is the founder and president of Stratosphere, a coaching and consulting firm whose mission is to take individuals and businesses to new heights. He has been practicing meditation for over 17 years and teaching meditation classes throughout the country for over 13 years. Prior, Sheth worked in the medical device industry for 25 years, serving in various leadership roles, including general management, global marketing, and program management.

Be sure to join this 7:00pm workshop and learn more, including how meditation can be a powerful tool to help you tap into your best strengths.
