Chair Yoga is back!
Chair Yoga is a gentle and modified form of yoga designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while also promoting relaxation through breathwork. Participants use a chair for support and balance while performing various yoga poses, making Chair Yoga suitable for people of all ages, mobility, and experience levels.
Join Luis Ollé, teacher/trainer who has been practicing yoga and guided meditation for over 20 years, when chair yoga returns to the Edison Public Library. Biweekly sessions will take place at the Clara Barton Branch on a biweekly basis, beginning Monday, August 26 at 2:00pm.
