The Friends of the Edison Public Library are hosting a fall Book & Bake Sale on Friday, October 25 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday, October 26 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Additionally, a special preview sale exclusively for Friends Members will also take place on Thursday, Oct. 24 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Not a member of the Friends yet? No problem. Friends memberships can be purchased at the door.

The Book & Bake Sale will be held in the North Edison Branch Meeting Room. Items will be priced to sell; children’s books will cost between $.25 and $.50 with adult paperbacks just $.50 and hardcovers available for $1. Additionally, baked goods, including cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and more, for as little as $1 will also be available for purchase. Only cash can be accepted.

All proceeds will support the Friends of the Edison Public Library, a volunteer group that works in conjunction with the non-profit Edison Public Library Foundation to support the activities of the Edison Public Library.

Read back issues of the Home News Tribune dating back to 1871. The collection consists of scanned images of original papers dating back to 1871. Gaps exist in the collection as it is still being scanned.

Note: Due to copyright restrictions This service is only available inside an Edison Public Library branch.
