Join long-time meditator John Bednarik, a certified occupational safety and health technologist (OHST), on Wednesday, November 13 for a virtual program geared at teaching you how to achieve a state of tranquility through meditation.
During this informative program, Bednarik will introduce basic meditation techniques to help improve the quality of everyday life, by reducing stress, improving health, and looking at life, possibly in a different way. A short meditation sitting will also take place.
