Library Chef is a free program through which Edison Public Library cardholders can discover new recipes, try out new techniques, and even rewatch presentations, making it a great resource for culinary explorers who prefer to go at their own pace.
In addition to live, interactive demos and recipe programs, the Library Chef platform features a curated collection of past live cooking sessions along with an exclusive video library filled with culinary insights.
Accessible through the Library Chef website, the Missed Class section features recordings of previous livestreamed cooking and baking demonstrations as well as showcased recipes and more while the Skills-on-Demand section offers tips on how to cut, slice, dice, and more.
A free Library Chef account is required to access live and recorded programs; visit https://app.librarychef.com/login, select ‘sign up,’ and follow the prompts to choose the ‘Edison Public Library’ to create an account with a valid email address and Edison Public Library card.
