The world can be a stressful place but learning how to still the mind can help you achieve peace, calm and joy.

Join lawyer and motivational speaker Ajili Hodari Esq. for a virtual program at 7:00pm on Wednesday, January 8, and learn how to master this vital technique and develop inner peace. The program will also include a short meditation session.

Hodari attended Michigan State University as a scholar athlete where he received his B.A. and M.A. degrees in advertising. In 1990, after a career in the printing and publishing industry in the San Francisco Bay area, he received his law degree from the University of Iowa. Hodari began his practice of law in Columbus, OH, and currently practices in Seattle, WA, where he also manages his own firm, Hodari Law Office, PLLC while speaking about all aspects of meditation at numerous venues throughout the country.
