Head over to the Main Library at 3:00pm on Sunday, March 9, and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day a wee bit early with Richard Stillman, The Irish Balladeer.
Stillman, who has a B.A. in theater from Dartmouth College and studied further at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy alongside Michael Howard, is an actor, musician, storyteller, singer, and tap dancer. He plays the banjo, mandolin, ukulele, guitar, bagpipes, and a dozen other instruments and, during his visit to the Edison Public Library, will present an hour-long program featuring traditional storytelling, music, and step dancing accompanied by bagpipes, mandolin, banjo, guitar, concertina, and penny whistle.
