Edison Public Library patrons are invited to join Clare Vidich, a long-time meditator, for the Practical Approach to Meditation virtual program taking place on Wednesday, March 12 at 7:00pm. During the hour-long session, Vidich will provide details on this practical technique during the session and participants will have the chance to try meditating.
Vidich, a retired Montessori teacher, has been meditating for over 40 years. She has lectured nationally on the topic and was a speaker at a global conference on spirituality in 2007 and 2009 in Delhi, India. Additionally, she has conducted meditation classes at the adult education, college, high school, grade school and preschool level as well served on the Integrative Health Committee at Windham Hospital where she also led meditations for hospital staff.
