National Library Week is celebrated annually in April and for 2025, it will run from April 6 through April 12 with a focus on the theme Drawn to the Library. At the Edison Public Library, the week-long event will kick off on Sunday, April 6, with a special guest—local children’s author Nora Bruno.
Join us at 1:00pm at the Main Library when Bruno reads her book, The Meow Brothers Find a Home, and follow the adventures of two adorable feline brothers as they search for their ‘purr’fect forever home. With charming illustrations and an engaging narrative, the book features valuable lessons about family, belonging, and the importance of kindness along the way.
Following the reading, Bruno will host a question-and-answer session, providing attendees the opportunity to learn more about the inspiration behind the story and her writing process.
This event is perfect for families, children, cat lovers, and anyone who enjoys a good story. Don't miss this chance to meet Nora Bruno and discover the heartwarming tale of the Meow Brothers!
