Ring in spring with some simple meditation techniques designed to provide various benefits and fulfillment.
On Wednesday, April 9 at 7:00pm, William Smith, who has incorporated meditation into his life for over 50 years, will host a virtual program for Edison Public Library cardholders and demonstrate how the practice can enrich one’s life—personally, professionally, and spiritually.
A retired Army Lieutenant Colonel engineer who held many leadership positions during his military career, Williams has spent the last two decades volunteering as a summer camp director and teaching children how to meditate and inspiring them to incorporate ethical living into their lives. Additionally, Williams has taught numerous classes on this important topic to a variety of audiences and, through his travels, gives talks on mediation throughout the United States as well as internationally.
