Become empowered to identify the signs and symptoms of stroke during an in-person program with experts from Hackensack Meridian Health. 

While stroke is the fifth leading cause of death, few people know the signs. During the Wednesday, June 18 program, scheduled to take place at the Clara Barton Branch, experts will discuss risk factors as well as symptoms of stroke and treatment options. 

The 1:00pm program will also focus on how knowing the steps outlined in the acronym BE FAST can help one identify the signs of stroke and what they should do if someone is experiencing them.

The Edison Public Library now offers museum passes to adult patrons with a valid library card and photo ID. These passes allow either a free admission or a special discount access to museums across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
 
Passes are available for pickup in-person only at the circulation desk at the specified Library branch.
