Adult patrons are invited to join representatives from ExhibitSmith at the Main Library on Monday, July 28, for a quick-paced, introductory workshop geared toward identifying, preserving, and interpreting old photographs.
During the 6:00pm program, information on the history of photography and photographic processes will be discussed and attendees will be challenged to think about photographic images in new ways, explore the many things that can be learned from a single image, and learn how to best preserve, store, share, and display photographs to keep them safe, organized, and accessible for future generations.
Registration is not required, but seating is limited and attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis. |
