Edison Public Library patrons are invited to learn how to make their own herbal vinegar during this hands-on workshop taking place at the Clara Barton Branch on Wednesday, August 6, at 1:00pm.
Join gardener Lesley Parness to make your own bottle of vinegar and learn how to harvest herbs and prepare them. Information on what equipment to use, as well as some savvy techniques and tips on how to properly store your vinegar, will also be provided.
