Pianist and vocalist Jay Daniels will present My Heart Wants to Sing, a concert celebrating the timeless works of Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein at 2:00pm on Sunday, August 10 at the Main Library
 
Adult patrons are invited to attend this event featuring songs from beloved American musicals such as Oklahoma!, South Pacific, and The King and I. Daniels will also perform treasured selections from The Sound of Music in honor of 2025 marking the 60th anniversary of its film adaption.
 
No registration is required, but seating is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Palace Project

The New Jersey State Library offers the Palace Project, a new digital library service, that offers access to free ebooks and audiobooks in one easy-to-use app for all residents of New Jersey. Through the Palace app, library users have access to over 20,000 items curated by the Digital Public Library of America and the New Jersey State Library. 

The Edison Public Library now offers museum passes to adult patrons with a valid library card and photo ID. These passes allow either a free admission or a special discount access to museums across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
 
Passes are available for pickup in-person only at the circulation desk at the specified Library branch.
