Meditation presents proven benefits for spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional health as well as improved brain function and performance and on Thursday, October 16, Edison Public Library cardholders looking to learn more are invited to attend the informative and virtual Mediation as a Healing Practice program. Led by Doug Frankel, the 7:00pm program will focus on how meditation can help achieve balance, wellness, and aid in pain management. Participants will also have the opportunity to try the meditation process.
