Join us on Saturday, November 15, at the North Edison Temporary Branch for a special 2:00pm program honoring the service and sacrifice of our veterans.
The afternoon of remembrance, respect, and community will begin with a flag-folding ceremony presented by members of the American Legion, followed by an interactive presentation on Edison's military history—complete with rare photographs, artifacts, and maps—led by the Metuchen-Edison Historical Society. Several Willys military jeeps courtesy of Central Jersey Military Motorpool members will be on display in the parking lot, and light refreshments will be provided.
Program attendees will also have the opportunity to mingle with local veterans, Historical Society members, and fellow community members, offering all the opportunity to reflect, learn, and express gratitude to those who have served.
No registration is required, and all ages are welcome.
