Ready your wardrobe for winter and learn fun and practical ways to refresh your clothing through visible mending and patching.  
 
Adult patrons 18 and older can join Sew It! Workshop for a Hands-On Mending program taking place on Wednesday, January 14 from 7:00 to 8:30pm at the North Edison Temporary Branch. At this time, Ellen Lumpkin Brown, founder of Sew It! Workshop, will provide step-by-step guidance in hand-sewing sturdy patches and all will leave with a small sampler and mini kit to continue practicing mending at home.
 
This program is perfect for beginners—no sewing experience is needed—and all materials will be provided. Registration is required.
