The cold winter months are the perfect time for soup and Edison Public Library cardholders are invited to join experts from Library Chef on Wednesday, January 14 for a virtual workshop centered around a savory recipe.

Register in advance to join the 7:30pm class to learn how to make a butternut squash and apple soup full of warm, cozy flavor along with simple tricks to ensure every bowl tastes amazing.

Library Chef, a unique culinary journey, offers you the chance to enhance your kitchen skills with expert-led classes, all from the comfort of your home.
