Maybe you’ve read the book. Maybe you’ve watched the cartoon or the movie trilogy. But have you ever been immersed into the sounds and voices of The Hobbit?
Raconteur Radio has adapted The Hobbit, J.R.R. Tolkien’s classic fantasy novel, into an old-time radio play, complete with lighting and sound effects. At 2:00pm on Sunday, January 25, patrons are invited to leave this world for Middle-Earth and join Bilbo and Gandalf on an adventure there and back again.
Raconteur Radio's staged productions are designed to free you from the four walls of today for an hour of thrilling suspense, brave deed, and rollicking derring-do.
This program will be held at the Main Library; seating is first-come, first-served.
