Harry Samaniego (MS, CHES) of Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) will share the 8 Essential Steps to a Healthier Heart during a free program taking place at the North Edison Temporary Location on Friday, February 13.
Coinciding with February being American Heart Month, the 11:00am program will focus on practical strategies for heart-healthy eating, staying active, managing weight, and getting better-quality sleep. Adult patrons are invited to attend and to learn how taking control of key heart health factors like blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar can help reduce the risk of heart disease and enhance overall well-being.
