2026 is the year of the Fire Horse, which foretells progress and transformative changes, and the Chinese American Mental Health Outreach Program (CAMHOP) wants you to start the Lunar New Year right.
Edison Public Library patrons are invited to learn about mental health practices, play wellness mini-games, and discover resources to progress and transform inner well-being during a program taking place at the Main Library on Monday, February 23 at 7:00pm.
CAMHOP — a multicultural program of the National Alliance on Mental Illness - New Jersey (NAMI NJ) is a nonprofit raising awareness of mental health and supporting families with individuals with mental health conditions. This presentation is geared toward the Chinese community but open to all patrons 18 and older.
