Join the members of the South Asian Mental Health Initiative & Network (SAMHIN) on Saturday, March 7 for an interactive workshop designed to help dispel common myths, mindsets, and misconceptions about mental health that drive the decisions for seeking help.
This workshop, open to adult patrons 18 and older, will take place at the North Edison Temporary Branch from 2:00 to 3:00pm. Attendees will have a chance to ask questions and resources will be provided. No reservation is required.
Established in 2014, SAMHIN serves to address a broad range of mental health needs of our country’s growing South Asian community. SAMHIN is a team of dedicated, multifaceted, determined, and passionate individuals from all walks of life with a strong desire to help uncover and fight mental illness in the South Asian community.
