People have been practicing meditation for centuries and, today, there has been a surge in its popularity as new benefits continue to be discovered.
Meditation can help the body, mind and spirit and incorporating meditation into one’s life has many positive effects and, on Tuesday, March 10 at 7:00pm, Edison Public Library cardholders are invited to join Eileen Carlotto for a virtual workshop to learn a simple meditation technique.
During this hour-long program Carlotto will demonstrate how you can integrate the meditation practice into all aspects of life and participants will also have the chance to try the technique.
