The Edison Public Library and Parker Health Group, LLC, a New Jersey–based non-profit aging services organization committed to empowering older Americans, have teamed up to offer monthly Memory Café programs for Middlesex County residents.
Memory Cafés are designed to bring together those with memory loss and their caregivers to share activities and experiences that promote community, overall well-being, and meaningful activities that promote cognitive function. Activities include meditation, arts and crafts, movement, music , and more and, this month, the theme of our Memory Café is Spring into Movement.
Taking place at the Main Library from 1:30 to 3:00pm on Wednesday, April 8, the program will focus around stretching with music and resistance bands.
Register now to join us for this month’s program, or check out the Events page on our website to select an upcoming session that works for you.
