Singer, guitarist and vocal impersonator Briz will bring his Neil Young tribute, Shakey, to the Main Library on Sunday, April 12.
Briz, one of the most consistent artists on the East Coast music scene for the past 30 years, has presented original and classic rock cover performances at listening venues, theaters, festivals, house concerts, coffeehouses, clubs, cafes, schools, libraries, and more.
The 2:00pm event, recommended for adult patrons, will feature live music, including renditions of Young’s “Heart of Gold,” “The Needle and the Damage Done,” “Cowgirl in the Sand,” and more. Briz will also offer narratives about the songs while taking attendees on a journey through the past of Young’s amazing career. |
