The Edison Public Library Foundation’s Buy a Brick campaign is winding down. Orders need to be received by Wednesday, April 15 to allow time for bricks to be placed at the North Edison Branch, so if you want to leave your legacy with the Library, this is your opportunity to do so.
Bricks come in two sizes—4” x 8” for $100 and 8” x 8” for $200—and order forms are available at all Library branches, on the Bookmobile, and our website at edisonpubliclibrary.org/foundation. Each brick can be engraved with your name, the name of a loved one, or a special message, ensuring a lasting memorial on Library grounds.
The money from this fundraiser will enable us to offset costs for extra resources at the North Edison Branch, including new furniture, items for the expanded Children’s Room, and future programs.
Completed forms and payment can be sent to:

Reading to your child has been scientifically shown to have numerous benefits, and the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten was designed to incentivize parents to give their children a head start.
Signing up for 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten is easy to do through our Beanstack program, which also allows you to track the books you’ve read. For every 100 books, parents can earn a virtual badge and also claim a prize from their local Edison Public Library branch.
