Also included is a list of titles that celebrate voices from Jewish Americans and their community: JewishHeritageMonth.gov includes collections and exhibits, audio and visual recordings, images, and resources for teachers. The Jewish Museum located in Manhattan offers exhibits, collections, programs, and an annual film festival. Museum of Jewish Heritage: A Living Memorial to the Holocaust, located in Manhattan, is "a public history institution" dedicated to preserving records of the Jewish experience throughout history. Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History located in Philadelphia. The Museum has provided a list specifically to honor Jewish American History Month which can be found here.
American Jewish Archives The Jacob Rader Marcus Center of the American Jewish Archives (AJA) "exists to preserve the continuity of Jewish life and learning for future generations[...]" National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) provides historical details information of Jewish leaders and experiences in the United States. The Jewish Americans by PBS documents 350 years of Jewish American history. American Jewish Joint Distribution Archives is the home of one of the largest collections of modern Jewish history and offers online exhibits and is available for visits by appointment.
