The Diwali festivities continue as the Global Organization of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO) invites everyone to join them in celebrating the festival of lights in the true sense of Thanksgiving—by spreading joy and lighting up the world of others.

The event will be held Saturday, November 19 at the North Edison Branch of the Edison Public Library and will include singing and dancing in a Diwali-themed musical program. 

Registration and the meet-and-greet begin at 1:30pm, with the activities planned to start at 2pm. After the musical program, tea and Indian snacks will be available.
