The Edison Public Library would like to wish all of our patrons a happy and safe Thanksgiving. We’re grateful for all of your support and proud that we could be here to serve you throughout 2022.

Just a reminder that all branches will be closed today and tomorrow to observe the Thanksgiving holiday and give our wonderful librarians a chance to spend time with their families. We will reopen on Saturday for regular operating hours.

However, our digital services are still available should you need anything. Whether it be books, movies, or help with homework, the digital services are always there for you.
ACCESS ELIBRARY
eLibraryNJ

eLibraryNJ has a massive collection of eBooks and audiobooks including classics and new releases available to borrow right on your phone through the Libby app. There are also tens of thousands of the latest issue magazines available for your perusal.
ACCESS HOOPLA
Hoopla

Containing everything from eBooks and audiobooks to music and movies, Hoopla is a one-stop shop for digital goods. The app contains more than 400,000 titles, content can be downloaded without a wait or a hold, and comes completely free with an active library card.

Note: Please be aware that the Edison Public Library has a daily lending limit for the Hoopla service. If you receive an error after selecting an item, please try again after midnight.
ACCESS KANOPY
Kanopy

Kanopy is a video streaming service offering a wide selection of documentaries, training videos, and films. Content on the service comes from studios like the Criterion Channel, the BBC, PBS, and Music Box Films.

Library carholders are allowed to check out up to 7 titles per month, and each check out is active for three days.
ACCESS LINKEDIN LEARNING
LinkedIn Learning

Formerly Lynda.com, LinkedIn Learning offers hundreds of video courses on a number of topics to grow your skills in business, technology, or creativity.

Completed courses can then be shared on your LinkedIn page as proof to current or potential employees of your knowledge.

Note: You can only access course content through the Edison Public Library’s LinkedIn Learning login page, and not by directly visiting the LinkedIn Learning homepage.
ACCESS PRESSREADER
Pressreader

Pressreader provides access to over 7,000 newspapers and magazines from over 100 countries and spanning more than 60 languages. Many of the periodicals are archived for up to 60 days and can be viewed in full color, full-page format on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Masks will continue to be a welcome option for anyone who wants 
to wear them.
